RAG Pipeline

A RAG pipeline is the sequence of ingestion, chunking, indexing, retrieval, ranking, context assembly, and generation steps used in retrieval-augmented generation. In practical applications, it often interacts with prompting, retrieval, model serving, guardrails, and evaluation rather than operating as a standalone model call.
