Code Coverage

Coverage metrics can show whether lines, branches, or functions are exercised by tests. High coverage does not guarantee good testing, but low coverage can reveal important areas that are never validated automatically. The concept helps engineering teams improve reliability, collaboration, maintainability, and the speed at which software can be changed safely.
