System integration and connectors

The connectors that link each tool into the workflow. This is the system integration work that lets separate applications exchange data and trigger actions in each other. It works through packaged connectors, or direct api integration against an existing service.

Workflow definition and contracts

The definition of each process as a sequence of steps with an explicit contract between systems. The contract sets what data moves and what a completed step looks like, so the workflow behaves the same way every time it runs.

Retry and error handling

The logic that decides what happens when a step fails. A failed step is retried, or routed to a fallback path or a person when it cannot recover. A single upstream change does not stop the whole process silently.

Observability and audit trail

A live view of every workflow in flight and a stored record of what ran. You can see current state, and replay any past run to answer questions about it.

Agent-ready extension layer

The structure that lets you add autonomous agents on top of the orchestration later.Because the contracts and controls already exist, new agentic workflows plug into the same rules rather than requiring a rebuild.
