Build predictable GraphQL APIs

We build production-ready React applications for complex products and business workflows. Each application is structured for performance, maintainability, and clean integration with the systems behind it.

Resolver performance depends on how fields reach databases and downstream services. We keep resolvers focused on orchestration, batch repeated entity lookups with DataLoader-style patterns, control per-request caches, and avoid accidental N+1 query behavior.

When multiple backend domains need independent ownership, we design federated GraphQL architectures with explicit entity boundaries, keys, shared types, and gateway responsibilities. Federation is introduced only when organizational and domain boundaries justify the added operational cost.

A single GraphQL endpoint still requires granular security. We integrate authentication with field, object, and business-rule authorization, then add controls for depth, complexity, timeouts, pagination limits, and expensive operations where needed.

For products that need live updates, we connect GraphQL subscriptions to event sources rather than coupling them directly to request handlers. WebSocket lifecycle, authentication, reconnect behavior, topic design, fan-out, and backpressure are planned around the expected traffic pattern.

We instrument GraphQL operations at the request and resolver levels so slow fields, repeated downstream calls, and high-cost query shapes can be identified. Query signatures, latency, errors, database timings, cache behavior, and service dependencies are traced together.
