AI Agent

An AI agent combines an AI model with instructions, tools, memory, and workflow logic so it can perform actions rather than only generate responses. An agent may retrieve information, call APIs, update business systems, evaluate intermediate results, and continue until a goal is completed or an escalation condition is reached.
